I found a pretty nice website for up and coming Spanish speakers:
SpanishPod They feature a lot of podcasts from beginner to advanced (with transcripts). During the lessons they play an entertaining dialogue and then explain some of the trickier grammar points in Spanish and English. There's also cooking videos, cultural podcasts, flashcards, etc. all for what I think is a very reasonable price (about $70US per year for the basic package). You can sign up for a free 7 day membership to check it out. P.S. I have no financial interest in the company - just a happy subscriber.
