Hi,
I'm introducing a new open source multiplatform software for the creation of simple flashcards.
It is still in beata phase.
Main purpose: quick creation of flash cards using on line dictionaries, play flash cards with multple answer game, export flashcards to other similar programs.

Thank you.

In what way is this open source flashcard program superior to Mnemosyne or Anki? How good is an automaticly generated flash card (or do I get the ditcionary thing wrong?)?

Automatically populate a simple text edit area with translations found on line is good as long as the on line dictionary is good, and as long as it is faster than doing it from scratch.
Btw it is still possible to edit the text area after that this area is filled with the tranlations found, before saving flashcards or playing with them, or before exporting them to other programs.
I described tips about how to export them to Declan flashcards, for example.
I hope I answered your question.
Tony
