Does anyone know how long the total audio is for each language? There are 8 CDs per course, but no indication on the website or anywhere on the forums here as to how long these are. Also, is the audio just the target language? (I hate bilingual audio...)
In addition, if anyone has any experience with this method, I would much appreciate hearing your opinion.

The problem with them is that the language is very outdated.

I don't know about the audio but the books are excellent, even if outdated. I have the books for several languages and they concentrate on spoken language with plenty of explanations and grammar.

Unfortunately, I don't know how long the total audio is for each course. I have recently acquired this course, and I am on the second CD, which is 33 minutes. The first is 41 minutes. You can probably call them and ask about the length of the audio in total.
The first CD introduces the course in English but, so far, the rest of the material is in the target language. The package course comes with a study guide with suggestions on how to use the course. They recommend spending a week on each lesson, but it's possible to do one lesson a day.
Yes, it's dated, but I don't think this is a problem if you use it in conjunction with a more modern method. I like this method because it teaches vocabulary in context, and it has a great grammar reference.

Which Cortina courses come with the audio CD's? The only ones I can find on Amazon appear to be reprints of the original courses without any audio, although with their own phonetic transcription of the language.

Go to http://cortina-languages.com/ for full information about their material.
I am more than ever interested in their full programs.

I like the information that the courses are in the target language after the introduction. I like courses to be in the language I am studying. All of my favourite programs are entirely in the target language.
Also, the courses have nice packaging and a wealth of material. It doesn't bother me that the courses are rather old and could be dated. Most of my favourite programs are rather old but they still teach the language and give a good foundation to build on.
My old Assimil German program didn't mention Geldautomat (cash machine or automatic teller machine) but it is not difficult to add to your vocabulary. They have different words for a lot of bank transactions in North America compared to Australia (we had a lot of them first!) but it didn't take me long to learn what they were called.
Cortina sent me some books and included demonstration CDs at no cost with them. Also the postage was very cheap - below cost, I imagine.

Thanks for the replies, very useful.
I actually have an inquiry e-mail into the company. If they ever reply, I will post.
It is indeed very useful to know that most of the CDs use only the target language. I too prefer to be able to immerse myself in the target language without being pulled out of it every 5 seconds by English...
