I have seen a number of languages in the series advertised on amazon. I bought the Chinese Speak in a Week and I am reasonably satisfied but I feel the method would work better with a European language.

I don't have experience at all with that program. How does it compare to FSI Mandarin Chinese, Pimsleur, Teach Yourself etc.?
