I've recently ordered a book from Hollym, "A Historical, Literary, and Cultural approach to the Korean Language" by Alexander Argüelles and Jong-Rok Kim. I have to say that Hollym is utterly fantastic. I had a number of questions for them, and they always responded extremely quickly and professionally. They were also very flexible and accommodating; ie, after I agreed to the shipping costs but said it was a bit high, they switched to a slightly slower and cheaper one and gave me a refund of the difference.
In short, they have the best customer service of any online book vendor I've ever used, by far, and I recommend them very highly. 2 persons have voted this message useful |
