Hello,
I am referring to this website: http://www.apronus.com/norsk/index.htm
How does the method actually work? What are the steps? What materials are required?
After searching this forum and looking at the aforementioned website, I can't seem to
piece together how to use this method.
Thank You,
Vikram

I don't fully understand your questions, since the whole method is described in detail on site you provide a link to.
However, the Norsk method is quite simple:
Don't get a teacher, don't use language courses, don't even consult dictionaries or grammars. Instead, find books (and magazines, and audio) in the language you are learning and study them slowly, keeping your eye open for patterns in the language. Hopefully, your brain will pick up the language from this.
To be honest, the method was more an experiment than a prepackaged method created for others to try out. Plus, the creator abandoned his use of this method (at least in terms of his study of Norwegian).
A few observations about the method:
1: You may stumble upon some books you enjoy - and that can keep you going even if you don't undetstand much
2: Many of the language patterns you think you notice will be incorrect, and you have to be prepared to rethink them and relearn them as you go on
3: It takes a long time to read a book this way - maybe several months - so it is not a "super quick" method in any sense
4: It is unclear how effective it is compared to other approaches
