I like quite a few stigmatized languages, I think they aren't given a chance because of stereotypes but actually sound quite beautiful if appreciated neutrally:

German, Assyrian, Mizrachi Hebrew, Arabic (classical, Egyptian, and Levantine), Russian.

My top of the list have to be Japanese and Portuguese.

I made an effort to try to appreciate Mandarin, but it has a terse and repetitive quality that I can't get over. I like Shanghainese more.

I like the sound of many languages, but my favourites must be Turkish and Persian. When I first heard Persian, I couldn't help asking the person speaking what language that was because it sounded so beautiful.

I love the Austrian German accent. Maybe I'm biased but French just doesn't 'click' with me as being beautiful. Too many nasal vowels.

I honestly believe mandarin is the most beautiful sounding language out
there.

OTOH, I think korean just sounds so... ugly and "eul"-ish if that makes
sense. Which is of course, ironic since the girls that speak it are usually
the most consistently beautiful.

I remember listening to Lao and really liking it aesthetically.

Japanese sounds pretty mystical as well.

-edited to add fusha arabic in the mystical category as well.-

Mandarin is a very beautiful language to me if it's spoken properly either by a boy or a girl, though I think Taiwanese girls make it the most beautiful among the many.

I think the following languages sound particularly soft and soothing:

Modern Greek, Portuguese, Spanish, Russian, for their 'th' or' sh' sounds
