What do people think about the prospect of learning several languages using FSI at the same time. Would it lead to just mixing everything up or would it possibly help?

I would reckon it's about the same as studying multiple languages at the same time, regardless of course methods. I think it's possible, but usually is less efficient as opposed to studying just one.

If you haven't studied any languages before, it's probably a bad idea to be "mixing" your languages.

FSI courses are intensive self-study packages, and you need to focus all of your effort into one at a time, even on finishing one, you probably won't be fluent, so doing too would make you less so.
