I have a question to native speakers of Arabic: when you read a text in MSA or when
you speak MSA to somebody else, which pronunciation style do you use, full form or
pause form?

I'm not a native speaker but I always thought that it differs depending on the sound you are making. That said, I could be entirely wrong as I'm assuming you mean short when you say pause.

Yes, 'pause form' means absence of case endings.
