The Modern Persian Conversation Grammar is not by Lambston but by W. St.Clair Tisdall (Frederick Ungar Publishing Co., multiple reprint dates). The Elementary Persian Grammar by L.P. Elwell-Sutton (Cambridge University Press, 1972) may also be of assistance.

After this, there is a large selection of readers, but these are also all relatively rare and hard to come by.

At any rate, with this selection, you should have enough to work with, but the question is which methods are best for you and how should you proceed through them, which depends on your present goals, past learning experience, and learning style, so I cannot generalize.
