I have a suggestion/idea.

Could we create threads that group together several "less popular" languages together,
either by geography or by language family? For example, if I made a thread for Thai,
Vietnamese, Cambodian/Khmer and Burmese?

I've recently started learning Thai and going through past threads, I can see that
there have been numerous attempts to get a Thai thread going, none of which are still
popular/going strong now. That's not surprising, given that not many people on these
forums are learning Thai.

But having a generic, "Multilingual" thread is also too broad. There are way too many
random/unrelated languages being thrown together.

Yay/nay for grouping several "less popular" (I don't want to say unpopular) languages
together?
