The Living Language Ultimate Russian books and CD's will give you good listening practice. ProfArguelles, the most respected polyglot on this forum, gives a synopsis of the courses at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vRWIheSDaw0.

Yes, The Living Language Ultimate is a good choice at this stage. You will have plenty of dialogues as well as some
more advanced grammar, which you may be wondering about at this point.

I would also recommend Language Bridge, which is a series of bilingual texts and recordings for shadowing and the
book Learn Russian, by Ian Press. I have a thread here about that book.

The guy at LingQ also has a nice program set up where you can read and listen to different materials. He used to
post here but I haven't seen him in a while.

Assimil Russian 1970s course if you can find it.
There's also a decent Linguaphone course.
And be sure to get the Princeton course.

Pimsleur barely scratches the surface...

Also, don't forget the book, Learn Russian, by Ian Press. I got this just recently and it is the single best Russian
textbook I have ever seen. Problem is there is no audio and you would be advised to do some other course, TYS or
anything with a book and CDs, first, so you can feel confident with the reading and pronunciation.

I would recommend Spoken Russian I and II from Spoken Language Services. The audio follows the book. You can listen to the lessons which gives the English and the Russian. The two volumes cover the grammar of the language and a good number of words.

How about "Интонация в практике русской диалогической речи" by Муханов И.Л.
