I'd like to know where I can get online parallel texts for English and other languages. It would be good to get it in a format that can be copied and pasted straight into a program like supermemo.

I'd say it is pretty hard to find already made parallel texts--however if you think you can manage to make them yourself Project Gutenberg is a great resource where you can find many public domain texts in various languages.

If you are a bit religious, I found this in another thread:
http://unbound.biola.edu/ There you can read the bible in many different languages parallel. Select your languages in step one, choose a section of the bible in step two and just press "search" on step three. Profit. I occasionally use this for parallel reading even though I am not religious. Many parts of the old testament are very interesting even for non-christians. 1 person has voted this message useful | |
