Bear in mind that .MOV files are QuickTime Video so you will need that installed to watch these downloads.

The .mov files are 240x180. There is a link to mpeg4
that says 320x240 resolution. That takes me to the .mov files was well. Is that my browser, or do others see that too? 1 person has voted this message useful | |||

No, it's not your browser - I get that as well. If you right-click and do "View Source" on the MPEG4 page you'll find that it's exactly the same as the QuickTime single file page. I think someone's put the wrong pages up in the mpeg4 directory on the site. Andy. 1 person has voted this message useful | |||

If you use Firefox, you don't need a download manager to get the files from this source, ie
http://www.smcm.edu/french/fiamedia/video/mov/FiA01.mov http://www.smcm.edu/french/fiamedia/video/mov/FiA02.mov etc Useful if you can't install software where you're accessing the web - like me! I think maybe you need to set Quicktime to save the movie in the disk cache to be able to do this - right click the movie box to get the options. You could also use NetTransport. Its a great, free program and is very easy to use.

But that requires an install, and install priveleges are locked down in some places...
