I think Quebec French sounds better than Parisian French.
Quebec French has a more masculine feel to it, compared to Parisian french that has a more feminine sound.
I don't how to explain it, it just has that rough sound that reminds me of the toughness you need in Quebec winters when the entire province looks so beautiful yet pretty damn cold at the same time!!

I'm curious to know: are there any differences between the French spoken in Quebec and the one spoken in the other Canadian provinces by for instance Franco-Ontarians, Acadians, Franco-Newfoundlanders, Franco-Manitobans and Franco-Columbians?

Hi there :) I'm québécoise so if anybody has any questions, I'll be glad to answer!
To answer Julien's question, I think there's about no differences between québecois and franco-ontarians for the
few I've heard. You might want to watch this video here: http://www.onf.ca/film/Pis_nous_autres_dans_tout_ca/
about franco-ontarians…
Acadian is different but understandable
In New Brunswick, there's the chiac which is hugely different. The music group Radio Radio sings in chiac
(http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iqn0DlN_4Qo). It doesn't really show that much when they sing but look this
interview with them: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vjADELtr6po
I don't know about franco-newfoundlanders and franco-manitobans.
For franco-columbians, I think they are about non-existants.
I want to share this video too about a French humorist imitating greatly our accent in a québécois talk show:
