Lots of good advices here, folks :) I've dicided to stick to the following: for scriptorium I use a fiction book, read sentence, dictate it to myself as I write, and read it out loud again. Time frame - 15-30 min per day. As for shadowing, since the weather is pretty bad right now, I just do it at home. I shadow ~1.5-2.5 min audio of an familiar text, without looking at the printed translation/transcript at any point. Repeat app. 5 times. Daily. When I will be able to shadow it all on time and without mistakes (in about 3-4 days, hopefully) - I'll move on to the second segment. Thanks for everyone's contribution to the discussion :))
