The 'Digital lighthouse' was a project in the Northernmost part of Jutland, i.e. Ålborg rather than Århus.

I think that it is fair to say that the project where you give the teachers a course in one kind of applied Learning Style is an experiment in the sense that it runs counter to some very strong traditions in the Danish school system, - but it isn't an experiment in the sense that you turn everything on end and risk to lose an entire generation. That description would fit the changes in pedagogical methods after the student revolt in 1968 better.

It is not stated explicitly in the newspaper articles whether there will be a follow up study of the results, but it is a reasonable assumption that there will be some kind of evaluation after the project has run. But as it has been mentioned earlier in this thread it is difficult to make hard science within the pedagogical sciences, because there are limits as to how strictly you can control the terms of your experiments - if you want where stringent conditions then you risk elimitating precisely those kinds of human behaviour that are different from what a rat or banana fly could do. And with the inertia in the Danish pedagogical circles in mind it could be difficult to find a qualified neutral observer to make that evaluation.
