ξύλο (ksilo) in Greek ---> "wood", as known from the international word xylophone which is an instrument made of wood bars and played with two hammers, - sounds like rattling bones, therefore used in Saint-Saëns' Dance Macabre.

Sennin: you could also have used any word in Bulgarian that starts with a 'з', and then there would suddenly be a lot of words to choose from
... and now we are ready for a word with 'a', I guess
