The hard part with audio-books is making sure they match the text and are not abridged. I have learned to judge based on number of hours. For example, I just bought "The Godfather" unabridged audiobook - and it is 19 hours long. Whereas I saw for sale all three volumes of the Lord of the Rings in audio format, with a total of only 20 hours. It would have to be closer to 100 hours to be unabridged.

So, be careful what you pay for. Unless you get them for free of course.

If you're into religion the Jehovah's Witnesses have some great stuff (like turaisiawase pointed out). The problem is; they don't have audio is all languages, so I use http://www.faithcomesbyhearing.com to get Turkish audio and http://unbound.biola.edu/index.cfm?method=searchForms.showSe archForm to generate parralel texts.

Works really well!

I can't find this anywhere. All the links I do find seem to point to the abridged, 2-hour version.
