Grazie Xander per le tue correzioni utili. Tuttavia, sento che l'aggetivo "tradizionale" porti un significato lievemente diverso dal significato che ho inteso esprimere col participio "tradizionalizzanti".

Col questo participio ho inteso espirmere che certi istituzioni si sforzano, per lo più in vano, a mantenere una tradizione che non é piu corrente nella vita lavorativa e privata quotidiana.
