If you ever find your way to Cairo, make sure to hit up the book market between Midan Ataba and Ezbekia gardens. It's a treasure trove, both for used books in general and for all sorts of language study books and textbooks. For Arabic, of course, it's fantastic, but during my relatively brief first visit I also noticed resources for many other languages, especially European languages. If you have decent bargaining skills it's also incredibly cheap, even for stuff that's old and fairly rare. Definitely worth a visit.
