I live in the US. How do I buy from other countries online?. I want to buy from a library in Brazil and another one in Italy. How does the currency part work?

Any help will be appreciated.

Ask the issuer of your payment method (ie, the help line of the bank behind your credit card). In Europe, it seems pretty common to just convert as necessary; for the USA, I have no idea.
