I am trying to learn French from scratch and I've only got two months for that.

I've gathered some courses:
Assmil French without Toil and New French with Ease
Pimsleur French I, II and III
MT beginners and language builders
and something like Learn French in your car

So how should I begin with those courses? What's the correct order for using them?

It's probably a good idea to start with Pimsleur and MT and then move on to Assimil. It's also possible to use
several courses at the same time.

EDIT: I didn't see that you've only got two months. I second Fanatic's advice: Assimil.

If you want to learn French in two months you need to concentrate on Assimil French Without Toil. You could try completing two lessons a day at the beginning if you can.

Too much time is taken by Pimsleur but if you can listen to MT and Pimsleur during the day it can only help, but I would read the Assimil lesson as many times through the day as you can and listen to the audio when you can.

You should be able to carry a simple conversation in two months.

I was able to converse in German after six weeks with German Without Toil.

My wife and I learnt French at high school but studied French Without Toil before travelling to France and we were able to get by quite well. High school French alone would not have done it.
