There is no advanced "Using Dutch" currently, based on their website.

Depends on how much you absorb through the course. I think it might get you really
close to it but not enough to get it exactly. I could be wrong.

I too have this book - Assimil has (or had) an office in Brussels that seems to have produced the Dutch language courses. I think this is why the CDs are recorded by Flemish speakers - it is also (I think) why the instructions in the Dutch books are different to other Assimil books.
