I haven't met anyone with at least an intermediate level of Japanese who has finished Heisig's course. If anyone here has done so, please let me know.

There are plenty of people over at the RevTK forums who are intermediate and above that used RTK(including myself). I don't think I should start listing names, but they are out there.
