Does anyone know how write the IPA symbols on anki ? Some symbols work, but for example the ɑ didn't work.
I have barrons pronounce it perfectly in french, and i was going to make flash cards of the 37 phoneme sounds using the IPA system. these are the symbols that I would need ɑ ɛ ɔ ø œ ɥ ɲ ɳ ʃ ʒ when I copy and paste them into anki, or try to use the unicode/ipa keyboard half of them look like dark lines. further more, i couldn't find the unicode for the nasalized vowels (tilde on top ~) ~ œ ɔ ɛ ɑ . this is less important for me though, i could just write beside it nasal-ed, or put ~ next to it. What IPA keyboard are you using? I have the IPA-SIL keyboard and it seems to work fine. I think you can download it here:

Which font do you use for Anki? I'd bet that that's the standard font set from installation, and not the one your browser uses to display IPA.
