I know Simon & Schuster sent the administrator a threatening email requiring all Pimsleur publicly available program transcripts to be taken down.
I think, however, that Pimsleur transcripts are a potentially very beneficial material and thus worth having, and that they could be produced and shared privately without anyone getting in trouble. If I am trespassing any lines here, anyone please tell me so now, delete this post if needed, etc. :) I'd like to know if someone has produced Pimsleur transcripts for the Russian course; if not, I'll start working on them soon and of course I will be glad to discuss the details privately with anyone that may be interested. 1 person has voted this message useful | |

Thanks to the good will of several forum members, I finally found the Russian transcripts (along comments from natives and some other very interesting goodies) floating around.
I'm compiling and cleaning them up, so when I'm done (hours?) I'll be glad to read them aloud to anyone who wants them, so as not to infuriate the S&S guys ;) Edit: again, thank you all (of course!) Edited by mrwarper on 17 August 2010 at 5:14pm 1 person has voted this message useful |
