Just a quick poll to see how people use Anki or whatever SRS they use.
Personally, I always drill L2 to L1 since I am more interested in attaining passive
fluency than active. Plus, I find that after seeing the words enough in Anki and
elsewhere, I tend to be able to recall them actively as well.

I can't be bothered getting stuff translated into my native language: that turns the
learning process into a real chore, and as I've said many times, translating into your
native language is not as simple as it may seem. On top of that, all the time you spend
thinking of the best way to say something in your native language is time robbed from
your real learning. For all that I guess people rely mainly on pre-made decks or
bilingual textbooks. That kills all the fun in my view; actually with such ingredients
SRS becomes more like torture.

So, my answer is Other/I don’t use any form of SRS. Funnily enough, for a very long
time SRS has been associated with the sentence method and similar approaches. Now a lot
of people don't even think of it when considering SRS.

PS: Anki or whatever SRS = SRS

I'm focusing on recognition (target->native) and add the production set after some time. I choose to review correct language (words and phrases) first since I don't want to use the program for learning.
