I guess these have been mentioned before, but there's some pretty good German materials available on the DW site. For level B1/B2, some of the materials are monolingual German. I looked at 'Wieso nicht?' It includes audio and transcripts. They go a little overboard on the sound effects, but it's well done, and should be a good supplement to your studies. There's also a load of advanced materials I haven't looked at yet.
