The university in Novi Sad, not far from where I live, is the only one in the world which provides education in the Rusyn language.

I also read that the Charles' University in Prague is the only one that offers studies in Sorbian.

@ThePhantomGoat: Brilliant essay. I think it's clear that if things continue the way they are, sites like this one will become even more indispensable to language learners around the world...knowing how to learn a language independently is so important when we can't count on higher education anymore.
