My languages:
Japanese
I have been focusing on Japanese for a long time, and I want to really push my limits
with the language over the year of 2011. My goals are to pass the proficiency test
level 2.
Resources:
Buddhist temple in Los Angeles - Free Japanese class every Saturday for advanced
students.(Pretty sure native speakers would be happy to talk about the weather or
something as well)
Various online material from demonoid.com
Mandarin Chinese
I took 2 semesters of this class when I sparked an interest in Chinese medicine. My
goal with mandarin is just to learn more characters and maybe become conversational. I
plan to focus on this after the test in Japanese test in June.
Latin
I've always wanted to learn it, just don't know where to start.

Hi NasoSayso, I look forward to hearing about your progress in 2011. Are you using any
particular materials for the JLPT test?

I looked up the JLPT and they have the Philadelphia testing center 30 minutes from me.
So, I have to decide if that will be one of my goals for next December.

Anki flash cards for now, but I'm going to buy an official guide soon.

Update:
Over the course of this month, I admittedly slacked off a bit, but managed to learn
around 20 new words. I can read and understand Japanese much better than I thought I
could after a year without study.
