I can't figure out how to do this without going to a university. There has to be some way
to do so online.

I'm specifically looking for Spanish, but my friends are looking for other languages so
any site will do.

Here are some links that might be of use to you:

CEFR criteria grid (opens as a Word document)

CEFR "can do" statements

Examples of speaking performance in English for each level

Are there any other languages available? This looks great but I only see English. If
that's all there is I'll just let my Spanish-speaking, English learning friends try this
out.

Are you lookng for courses that explcitly tell you "when you complete this course, you'll be at level X"? Or are you looking to do the study yourself and test later?

If it's just the testing, there are organiations, like the Instituto Cervantes, that offer the testing. They're not exactly cheap, but they do provide the testing.

If I'm reading what you're saying correctly, I'd guess you're looking for an online test to determine your Spanish
level, and I have to say I'm pretty sure no such thing exists for any of the languages. The links ellasevia provided
can help you get a feel for your level, and that's about all you can hope for. Yes, they are in English, but all you
have to do is think to yourself, "could I do that/understand that in Spanish?" It's imperfect but it does give you a
sense of where you are, which is useful if you can't take the official tests right now.
