This would sound bit better as a tattoo, though check with someone Russian, and who can actually spell. And don't get a tattoo!

не жалей ни о чем is the correct spelling, sorry. Really, get it spellchecked, getting it done permanent you have to be careful!

The dots are becoming optional, or so I hear. But really, I can't spell, have not written anything in Russian for over a decade. I just speak/listen now.
