I'm teaching myself German and have had essentially no contact with anyone else to speak it with. I would love some
feedback on my pronunciation so far, so I can try to unlearn any bad habits I've already picked up. :P

Here is a 37-second clip of me reading the introduction text of Unit 3 in my textbook: http://db.tt/R72cJda

If you know the IPA or linguistic/phonetic terminology, that would be very welcome! :)

I think that was quite good. Some remarks:
- when you say 'sprechen', the beginning sounds to me like [spr], should be [ʃpr]
- when you say 'Düsseldorf', the 'ü' should be short, not long (because of the 'ss')
- 'Künstler'. Again a short 'ü'.
- 'Lehrer', first syllable should be long, not short (because of the 'h')
- 'wir brauchen einen Lehrer'. I cannot hear the final 'n' of 'einen'.

Weiter so!

Not bad. However, you may want to work on differentiating the soft "ch" sound in "ich" /ɪç/ from the hard "ch" sound in "Nacht" /naxt/. Also note that "sp" and "st" are usually pronounced as /ʃp/ and /ʃt/.
