Hello all,
Been lurking for a long time and finally decided to sign up!
I'm looking for a reliable frequency list for Spanish. Something like 500 to 2000 words
would do.
Would be nice if it the list was free & went from most frequent to least frequent.
Thanks in advance :)

Here's a free one for you. It actually goes all the way up to 10000 words. Make sure to look in the rightmost column for the "lemma form," which is the infinitive for verbs, masculine singular for adjectives, etc.

A Frequency Dictionary of Spanish
This one isn't free though, but has translation plus an example sentence.
Top 100 from the above book (free list)
Top 1000, alphabetic order, +mp3, good for making audio flashcards
