	If you 'fail' you'll probably never know for sure why. But... I think more people don't get jobs because they're not given the opportunity to stand out over other candidates than because they actually do so. Even then, if an objectively better candidate is not given a job, I'd think it's not a good job to apply for anyway. 1 person has voted this message useful
