I really like how French people speak English.
Here's an example of somebody who obviously knows English quite well, but still pronounces English words of French origin in the French manner. Actually, it's funny that you bring this up, because I tend to choose what languages I want to learn by the accents (in
English) of their speakers. I also have a thing for Eastern European accents of all shades, since I grew up with them, I guess. So, for me, my top two are German and Russian, followed closely by Finnish and Estonian. Forgive me if I sound condescending, but Finnish and Estonian accents are so funny and cute. So, naturally, next on my list of languages to learn are Finnish and Estonian (and French, but for different reasons...). Oh, and before I forget, I love African accents from the south of Africa (ex: Zimbabwe and Zambia), because they sound somehow very vibrant and rich, simultaneously proper (since many speakers have had training in British English) and, sometimes, hilariously wrong.
