Ok. It's European. I'd go for some minor language of France or Italy... But why only 4 seconds?

I had to cut it because they were talking about the language itself and they kept naming it every few words. Anyway, it's Interlingua. I just thought it was fascinating that I could read it so easily the first time I saw a sample text. Supposedly anyone who speaks English, or Spanish, or just about any other Romance language is supposed to be able to master it in just a few weeks.
