Someone answered "Judeo-Spanish," but isn't this virtually or already extinct in Greece? A more likely answer is
Aromanian (a.k.a. Vlach/Βλαχικά), which is spoken by large numbers of people, including entire villages and towns
(e.g. Metsovo). Perhaps the question should have asked for "an endemic Italic language," rather than "the endemic
Italic language."

Aromanian is correct!
Ladino is spoken in a lot of other places and is originally not from Greece. Even
though English is native to the US it's not endemic anywhere as it can be found in many
places. To my knowledge Aromanian is only found in Greece, and FYROM and Albania which
used to be part of Greece years ago.
