Bahasa Indonesia - which contrary to Russian doesn't have a past tense where a copula might sneak in through the backdoor.

If you really really crave a copula you can of course use words like "merupakan", but the meaning of that is more like "to form, constitute", or you could use "menjadi", but that means something like "become". "Ada(lah)" does translate into 'to be', but with the meaning 'exist'. However normally you don't miss not having a copula.

Name a language which in most cases isn't used with the official spelling on the internet.
