The textbook "Introductory Russian Grammar" by Stilman, Stilman, and Harkins, an old stalwart (second edition published in 1972), still gets very good user reviews on Amazon, and used copies still seem to be readily available at reasonable prices. (As a new book, it now seems to be available from the publisher only as a Print-on-Demand version.)
But the publisher, Wiley, has made the audio, as well as the lab manual, available for download at the following site:

Hey, cool! I've been wanting to start studying Russian for a long while. I picked this book up at a market, and it looks pretty good (I've only read through a few chapters). Books this old, you usually can't get a copy of the audio, so it's great that they made this available. Even without the audio, the book has a pretty detailed description of the phonology.

I can't download the audio files. Am I doing something wrong?

No. The audio files are difficult to access if your using Internet Explorer. Clicking on the links causes a second popup window to appear and the audio files play as part of that webpage. Trying to view the web page source didn't help either, but with a bit of tinkering I finally cracked it.
Here's some direct links for accessing them.
