"Con segretezza" mi suona tanto di formale, più da agenti segreti o da spie che da due ragazzi innamorati.

"di nascosto", "in segreto" o anche "di soppiatto"?

Il problemma è che bisogna avere una 'o' nella quinta sillaba per rimare con "so" (ed anche "no" e "saprò"). Funziona meglio questo:

Ed ancora con dei (o semplicemente "i") segreti, so
Che nessuno molla, no.

"Coi" mi ruba una sillaba di cui ho bisogno per il ritmo. Resta troppo strano o formale dire "Ed ancora con i segreti," o è semplicementre una questione di stile?

Secondo me anche "con i" va benissimo.
