So I copy/quote the last post, update mine, and I can add whatever I want down under the squigglies, right? I'm updating mine to reflect that I've been doing them daily since Tuesday. I have a really cool chart that I made for the whole week where I can keep track of what I did for each language and how much time I spent all in one place, so I'm writing the days I've met my goals on there, too. I am going to separate my languages above, though. I have daily goals with Croatian as well, but I will wait til next week to officially start those here. I had to take a few days off from it earlier in the week when I got frustrated with it. Okay, it was only one day I took off, but still. I think this will be good motivation. It might be a good idea to open it up to other teams, too, if there aren't many people joining us from our team. I say the more the merrier. One thing - it's up to you how to count the days. from 00:00 till 23:59, or from when you wake up to when you go to bed. It's almost 8am but I'm STILL up:D Just don't switch from one way to the other, heh. As for opening this to everyone... I think we do need some restrictions, otherwise the list would get cluttered by goals that never go beyond day 1. Perhaps this can be changed to Romance/Slavic thread, welcoming anyone who studies these languages. @ Mick: please erase the quote tags when you post an update:) 1 person has voted this message useful | |||

I kinda halfway cheated yesterday because I was so tired. Instead of doing a new lesson, I just listened to the last 3-4 lessons for each language. But it was actually good, because I think I'm going to start working that in every day, too. Maybe go back and listen to the last 3-4 lessons each day, so I have more exposure to them. And realistically, that probably won't take more than 5 minutes a day for each of them, and will probably be worth it in spades.
