Finnish: Kato hei!*
*I haven't used it in full, but I've found it useful as a guide for understanding colloquial Finnish.

Best free monolingual Spanish resources, not a course per-se but serves as an excellent adjunct: Aveteca- Centro Virtual Cervantes has multimedia modules on Spanish in Spanish from A1 to C1. Centro Virtual Cervantes also has Lecturas paso a paso, a step by step selection of readings in Spanish with "pop-up" monolingual definitions in Spanish presented in a way that is understandable for learners.
I would also add the holaquetal curso is available in a Spanish only option. It says it will take you to B-1 in 330 hours. The holaquetal course duplicates much of the Aveteca selection. I have a friend who is using these resources and I am quite impressed with them.
