That's pretty much it per the source although the exchange is understood to be in the present tense (i.e. "Where do you come from? - I come from Naryan-Mar.").

Interesting! The "Comparative Nenets-Nganasan Multimedia Dictionary" on that site is kind of fun. And I recommend "The Reindeer People" by Piers Vitebsky for an ethnography of that part of the world.

I think this is actually Umbrian. It's the first line from the Iguvine Tablets.
