Jeju speech!
It's a funny coincidence, because I wanted to post something on this thread in Jejuan yesterday.
it may be a dialect, but there are actually translation services to Korean available for Korean tourists.

Yi... something?
Aй найимньовав Бoг свÿт дньом, a тиминь нуччю. Aй быв вичуp, ай было paно: динь йидeн. (And God calleth to the light day, and to the darkness He hath called night. And there was evening, and there was morning: the first day.)
I copy-pasted that obviously... But I can't think of any other obscure language right now.

You're not supposed to ask the next question until the previous one has been answered, but if you insist, Estonian. And you're right, it wasn't Japanese. That would be too easy, now that we've moved into Cheyenne territory.
Take 3! ティダヌ チィマ, tidanu cima (sunny island/island of the sun)

I believe it is Yonaguni, an Okinawan language spoken in the Ryukyu islands.
Quand sian eiça dins nosto bòri
(When we are there in our hut)
Although it is not a very hard one. :)

Now I want to post the Article I of the "human rights".
I don't learning this language , it's not in my target language list but maybe I want to learn this later.

Article 1
All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood.
