I read "Soga om Gisle Sursson" and "Soga om Torgils og Havlide" in Nynorsk. Soga om Gisle Sursson took me a few days, but I read Soga om Torgils og Havlide in one sitting, even though they are about the same length. Soga om Torgils and Havlide was both more interesting and easier to read. I can very much recommend it. Full disclosure: I've read both before, but couldn't remember the story, so it was time to read them again.

As far as Danish is concerned, I watched the first season of Krøniken this week. I was surprised how good this series is. It's not really about anything remotely interesting, but I couldn't stop watching it for hours in a row. Very well made indeed.

Jeg er nu færdig med Krøniken. Jeg er lidt ked af at det er allerede forbi. Jeg gad vide hvad som hænder med Ida, Palle, Henrik, Bo osv. De lever sgu ikke lykkeligt til deres dages ende.

I watched Broen/Bron. I usually don't like crime series, but that one wasn't that bad. Unfortunately this gave me more practice in Swedish than Danish.
I finally managed to buy the audiobooks of A Song Of Ice And Fire 2&3 in Danish (around 75h of audio for both combined). I will start using them in about a fortnight.

In Finnish I finished the video course Supisuomea (without the last 5 minutes of each episode for advanced students). Now I'm nearing the end of Hyvin Menee 1 and I've started to use the FSI graded reader. I've also started SRS'ing a frequency list, which I'm starting to regret.

Yesterday I watched Kon-Tiki in Norwegian. It is still surprisingly hard to follow Norwegian movies when there are background noises in the room.
I started listening to 'Kongernes kamp' (A Song of Ice and Fire 2) in Danish on Sunday. Like in the English original, the language used seems to be pretty advanced. It's kind of odd that everybody uses 'du' when they address each other like in modern Danish society, I had expected to hear some 'I' and 'eder' etc.

Broen is awesome. I used it more for Swedish practice.

I read you watched Kon- Tiki. Would you recommend it? When it comes to Norwegian films, I watched Til
siste hinder, about a horse :) it's a nice story but it was extremely hard to follow for me. So i used English sub.
