Hello, this is my first attempt at any sort of log here, and I've decided to take part in this year's TAC! This year
I'll be studying mainly Spanish but maybe a bit of French on the side. My knowledge of Spanish extends to "Hola, me llamo Connor." I know, amazing. I don't really know where I want to get this year, apart from somewhere. I do French at school, and hopefully anything I learn, I can use there and here. I want to speak Spanish because it's a beautiful language, it's very useful and finally, why not? I love languages, an I want to include them in any future career of mine, and of course, I want to learn as many languages as possible! Well, I better get started. Thanks in advance for anyone who goes through the pain of reading this log, this is the first time I've studied languages on my own and there will be plenty of struggles along the way but I'm determined to push through. Unfortunately, my French isn't good either! Thanks for reading, and I better stat reading everyone else's! Now I'm here, I might as well update my log. Yesterday I did one unit of Teach Yourself, and I hope to go over it today and maybe start the next one. I'm so glad I don't have to go to school! Please bear in mind that when I go back to school I might have less time to study than now, and also, my laptop battery has died (not run out of charge, literally died) so I need to get a new one, but I'll survive! 1 person has voted this message useful | ||||||

Well, that went well. I just accidentally created a new thread for today's update. Go me.
Anyway, today I didn't do much, except for going over a few bits from yesterday and doing a little of the next section. Tomorrow will be better. Woohoo! Español! I've decided to go back onto memrise, firstly because of a Chinese thing going on there and because I prefer it to Anki, I don't know why though. But, today I'll be doing pretty much the same as any other day in terms of Spanish. However, I might go back to FSI, I don't really know why I stopped, but I'm determined to do something every day this month. 1 person has voted this message useful |
