While I am either studying, watching Hannibal or trying to read Überredung you have the opportunity to see that some problems are freaking eternal. Click for bigger versions of this nightmare (and mind that I've chosen one of the best in Russian)
(Colloid and surface science lecture in Russian)
(a part from Angst by guess who in German)
(a part from The Thing With Me - an awesome aong by Toehider)

And more of my handwriting. I told you it was always bad. Here you can have an insight of what's going on in 7th grade (or was going on in 7th grade back in 2007):

And yeah, this was a composition about the difference between I want and I need.

And one more image to disturb your eyes now.

Is das muss man ihr lassen correct here (I suppose it is, but why?)? Isn't it a subordinate clause?

This is totally correct.

"Das muss man ihr lassen" works like a parenthesis here, so it's a main clause inserted into another main clause.

I only considered something like this right before I posted, but it was safer to ask :)
__________
Not much of studying, speaking honestly, more of nearly frantic watching of Hannibal and some reading in German in between. Unfortunately, I wasn't been able to keep up my work for 6WC on a required level and it's highly unlikely that I will get back to the first place I had for so damn long... but not long enough.
Well, I had no idea what to expect when I started 6WC and I actually have to be fairly surprised I got so high anyway.

Another question on reading and correctness stuff:

Es sind - I suspect that this is correct too, but right now I am surely not having a slightest idea why.

Das Ende des Spiels:

Enough said. Not enough done though.

Yeah, being the second best in the 6WC just isn't enough! ;)

I'll never understand how you can accuse yourself of being lazy with a result like this one.

Good job! Great!!! :)

But I am lazy! Most of the time spent studying is passive, and most of it is about songs... but, well, that's not why I am annoyed. I could do more if I weren't that lazy, that's for sure.
But thanks, later I'll be ok with that considering that I actually like silver more than gold :)
__________
I swallowed 2 seasons of Hannibal. With English subtitles. Though the show gets annoying sometimes (and I don't mean some scenes, but just the plot), I am sure that while waiting for all the other seasons (presumably five more, hahahaha) I might want to watch it again. Surely, that time I will have to forget subtitles, but the best-case scenario won't be 100% comprehension level due to a lot of advanced vocabulary. This is an intelligent show indeed, and I can only dream to be able to understand every single sentence and every single detail in English.
More about English - it seems like we will be experimented at in our university by dividing into two group, and one of them will get technical English among other things. This is only going to happen in 2015, so I have plenty of time to get prepared for such a discipline and reduce the amount of stuff I will have to learn there.

As for German... Dornenreich at 0:30, at 11:30 and even 21:00. Was zieht her von welken Nächten? Wer hat Angst vor Einsamkeit? It's been a while since I have watched live clips with such an excitement (I mean Nachtreisen, if there's someone interested in the genre).

Having listened to a lot of great (and I mean great) music I felt a need to write again. Yes, I'm talking poems in German again...

I don't have a slightest idea if this is any good, so here's some handwriting of a truly great song:
