Jackie Chan, in any movie :D Since English is his second language, I would be pretty confident calling him at least a
B2... And thats being rough

Sometimes I wonder how put on the thicker accents of foreign-born actors really are in
Hollywood. For a short while in my mid to late 20s, I worked at a messenger shop in LA,
that specialized in delivery of film/TV scripts and other items related to that
industry. So I got to talk to and even occasionally meet actors/actresses when there
were no cameras on them.
I got the chance to meet Charo at one point, and I was absolutely flabbergasted that
her English was so... not flawless, but so nondescript as opposed to her outlandish TV
persona. I suppose seeing her in street clothes and just being an LA resident had some
impact, too. Regardless, it was pretty obvious that a lot of her accent was exaggerated
for the sake of her act. I suspect there are quite a few actors/entertainers that use
their accent in public to enhance their persona.

Tarzan: English (A1-) - He fails to distinguish between the nominative and the accusative. E.g. Me Tarzan, you Jane.
C3-PO (Star Wars): 6 million languages (B2\C2)
Manuel (Fawlty Towers): English (B1) - Played by a native English speaker.
The Terminator: English (B1\B2) - Falls down on accent and prosidy. However, it has the ability to mimic C2 English.

The Steven Van Zandt character in "Lilyhammer": we see him go from beginner to (I guess)
around B1-B2 in a very short time. Not too realistic I suppose (It's essentially a black
comedy).
Bertie Wooster: Probably around A0 in French, judging from his occasional quotations from
poetry, literature, etc.
Jeeves of course would be C2.

Not quite, eigentlich :-) (But effectively a native level speaker, so maybe I'm
splitting hairs).
Andrew Sachs
(But certainly not Spanish).
In my early days of learning German, I borrowed a course from the library whose name
I've forgotten, and Andrew was the narrator on the tapes; speaking mostly English, but
he'd explain certain German words and phrases.

Daenerys Targaryen, Stormborn: native C2 in Common Tongue and Valyrian; probably B2/C1 in Dothraki by now.

I always thought that English was Westron; since I can't hear any errors in her Westron she must also have a C2 in that.
